(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to take action on representations dated 06.01.2019 (Annexure P-5) and 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose would be achieved, in case, respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, is directed to look into representation dated 07.01.2019 {Annexure P-6(T)} moved by petitioner.
