**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 276 dated 18.7.2017 registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat under Sections 365/34 IPC (later on offence under Section 365/34 IPC was deleted and Sections 363/366-A IPC were added).

The victim is over 17 years. In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has made a statement in favour of the petitioner and she has turned hostile at the trial. The petitioner is in custody since 26.7.2017.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
