The petitioner by way of filing this petition had assailed complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act as well as the summoning order dated 15.5.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panchkula.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is stated to have expired, the proceedings stand abated.
