The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.127 dated 20.6.2014, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) having been effected amongst the parties.

The allegations in nutshell, as per FIR, are that Lilawati mother of the complainant died on 19.6.2012 and that after her death, the complainant along with her four sisters inherited the residential house owned by her mother. It is alleged that the accused had forged an agreement dated 26.7.2010 pertaining to sale of house in question by forgery and by impersonation.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that the matter had since been compromised amongst the parties. Kamal Kumar 2018.07.04 10:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM No.M-20329 of 2018 Vide order dated 14.5.2018, the parties were directed to appear before the trial Court and to get their statements recorded as regards the genuineness of the compromise. Report of the trial Court had been received wherein it is stated that the complainant Rajbala along with her two sisters Kamla and Lalita had appeared before the trial Court. Rajbala categorically stated that the matter has been compromised with the accused voluntarily and without any pressure or coercion and that the FIR may be cancelled. To a similar effect is the statement of Kamla and Lalita, sisters of the complainant Rajbala. The learned Trial Court in its report has opined that the compromise appears to be genuine and without any undue influence or coercion.

In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is satisfied that the matter has been resolved amicably.
