This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 108 dated 09.04.2015 under Sections 420, 323, 406, 467, 468 & 506 IPC at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, district Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Randhir Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 08.06.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 08.06.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
