Present petition has been filed by the petitioners assailing the order on charge dated 15.10.2025, whereby the learned ASJ, Faridabad, has framed charges under Sections 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427 and 506 read with Section 149 of the IPC [now corresponding to Sections 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4), 351(2) & (3) read with Section 190 of the BNS, 2023], in FIR No. 150 dated 30.05.2024, registered at Police Station BPTP, Faridabad, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 427 and 506 IPC [now corresponding to Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 324(4), 351(2) & (3) of the BNS, 2023]. 2.

Present petition is preferred against the aforesaid impugned order dated 15.10.2025 to the limited extent of framing of charge under Section 307 IPC (now Section 109 of the BNS, 2023) against the petitioners.

Today, on the very outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that proceedings in the present case before the trial Court are at final stage. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.
