Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. A petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed by the parties on 29.03.2017. Their statements at first motion have been recorded on 30.03.2017. Certified copies of the petition filed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as well as the statements of the parties, produced in Court today, are taken on record subject to just exceptions. In view of the settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
