(ORAL) Learned counsel for petitioners inter alia contends that after the institution of this petition, Pritpal Singh, husband of petitioner No. 5Gurmit Kaur, who was stated to have jumped the parole had since been arrested. It is further contended that house of petitioners No. 2 and 4, namely; Amandeep Kaur and Monika was occupied by respondent No. 6Inspector Inderjit Singh. For that purpose, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the instant petition may be disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy.
