The grievance of the petitioner is that, neither conveyance deed has been issued in his favour, nor any decision has been made on his representation dated 08.07.2020 (Annexure P-5) and legal notice dated 29.01.2021 (Annexure P-6) by the respondent(s) concerned. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4 assures this Court that, within a month from today, the petitioner's representation and legal notice (supra) will be decided by the respondent(s) concerned. 3.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the competent respondent, amongst the respondents, to decide the petitioner's representation and legal notice (supra) within a month from today.
