Learned counsel for revision petitioner submits that in a separate ejectment petition filed by the petitioner ejectment of the respondent has been ordered. He filed appeal before the Appellate Authority which was also dismissed and thereafter his revision was also declined and on his request he was allowed time up to 28.2.2018 to vacate and hand over vacant possession of demised premises. In view of the order dated 17.11.2017 passed in Civil Revision No. 8056 of 2017, he does not want to proceed with this revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Request allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
