HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the judgment dated 21.03.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-5) and the order dated 10.10.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial magistrate, Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-3). At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since expired and his legal representative(s) do not want to pursue with the present petition. He prays for withdrawal of the petition.
