(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 14.02.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Special Court, SAS Nagar, Mohali and for issuing appropriate directions to learned Special Court, SAS Nagar, Mohali for allowing the petitioner to produce the preserved/reserved CCTV Footage dated 05.07.2019 from time period 11:30 AM to 03:00 PM of camera No. 'D2C13' installed in the corridor outside the Child Witness Room, District and Sessions Court, Mohali in evidence in case FIR No. 443 dated 21.12.2018 registered under Section 376 and Section 4 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Zirakpur District SAS Nagar (Mohali) in compliance of orders passed by this Court for preserving the same in CRM-M-31294-2019.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties as also perused the case file in great detail.
