Learned counsel for the UT Chandigarh submits that commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from the petitioner along with the drug money deposited in the account of his wife and is in custody only for 8 months & 5 days, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
