The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to re-fix his pension.

The petitioner joined respondent-Haryana State Electricity Board on 19.01.1968. He sought voluntary retirement on 31.10.1996. His pension was fixed as per applicable Rules. After his retirement, he preferred CWP- 12933 of 1998 before this Court which was disposed of vide order dated 19.08.1998 with a direction to respondent to consider his claim. Respondent vide order dated 03.11.1998 rejected his claim.

Mr. Pranav Chadha, Advocate submits that petitioner has passed away and his family members are not coming forward despite his best efforts. 4.
