**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 134 dated 30.9.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 120-B IPC, Police Station Lambi, District Muktsar.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 3.6.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The marriage is about 10 years old. A compromise was effected 2 days after the FIR was lodged. The petitioner deposited the maintenance in the account of the complainant for three months. Both the parties failed to withdraw the litigations.

Crl. Misc. No. M-20369 of 2016 -2The State counsel had stated that complainant was ready to identify the articles.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 3.6.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
