On 26.05.2025 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not coming forward to comply with the order dated 17.02.2023. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the petitioner, returnable 01.09.2025."

As per the office report the petitioner stands duly served. However, today none has put in appearance on her behalf despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
