Learned counsel for the State submits that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has since been presented on 22.03.2017 against co-accused Neha Aggarwal and Mohit Aggarwal. The present petitioners were declared proclaimed persons and thereafter, they were taken in custody on 20.11.2017. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition. However, he prays for liberty to the petitioners to raise all available pleas before the learned trial court. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned. ( LISA GILL ) November 30 , 2017.
