The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 not to unnecessary harass the petitioner and his family members by calling them to the police station with a further prayer that direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to take appropriate legal action on the complaint/representation (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become rendered infructuous as the prayer made therein does not survive.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and accordingly, the same stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
