Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to take immediate appropriate action in Complaint dated 30.01.2024, marked to Police Station Division No.8, Ludhiana City, Public Grievances Division, Punjab Police (Annexure P-4).  As per the status report dated 21.03.2024, filed by way of an affidavit of Sh. Murad Jasvir Singh Gill, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Ludhiana, the representation dated 29.09.2023, moved by the brother-in-law of the petitioner namely Jagdish Paswan regarding the same occurrence, was decided. Even the petition bearing No.CRM-M-12652 of 2024, filed on behalf Jagdish Paswan, has already been decided vide order dated 20.08.2024.

In view of the above circumstances, no ground is made out for issuance of directions, as prayed for.
