(ORAL) In compliance of order dated 13.03.2024, learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police (West), Ludhiana, which is taken on record. Learned State counsel, while drawing the attention of this Court to the status report, has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner was looked into, however, it came to the fore that there was no substance in the allegations levelled in the complaint. In the circumstances, no ground is made out for issuance of directions as prayed for.

The instant petition stands dismissed.
