M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Ranbir Singh informs that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of said circumstances, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 29.6.2015, is hereby made absolute. It is observed that this order will remain operative till presentation of challan. In case prosecution agency opts to present challan against the petitioner, the petitioner in said eventuality will be required to furnish fresh bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
