**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 91, dated 23.06.2020, registered under Sections 420, 483 CRPC and Section 15(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, lodged at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court as to how the instant petition is maintainable. Still further, a perusal of the order dated 28.07.2020 (Annexure P-4), passed by the learned Duty/Special Judge, Kaithal, reveals that the petitioner is a man of criminal antecedents, as he is involved in two other cases under the NDPS Act besides the present one. Therefore, keeping in view the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Petition stands dismissed.
