**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has approached this Court, seeking direction to the official respondents for protecting his life and liberty, at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed by the respondent authorities, he finally approached the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.2 by way of representation dated 28.5.2015 (Annexure P-3), but the same is also pending decision. CRM-M-19452 of 2015 should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, including the threat perception, raised vide his representation dated 28.5.2015 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
