(Oral) In response to the observations made in the order dated 19.02.2025, both the counsel submit that an application was filed in the pending divorce petition for conversion of the same to the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act and the same stands allowed. Even, the statements of first motion have already been recorded. In the given circumstances, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

Ordered accordingly.
