(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.0008 dated 22.01.2020 registered at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur, under Sections 323, 341, 427, 148, 149 IPC wherein the offence under Section 452 IPC is stated to have been added later-on. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Balbir Singh of Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur, submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.03.2020 as passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined in the investigation of the case and his custodial interrogation is not required and rather, Challan has also been presented NEETU RANI 2021.08.16 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

In view of the above-discussed submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner vide the said order dated 13.03.2020, is made absolute.
