CRM-M No. 19513 of 2017 (O&M) instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh from Police Station, Jhunir. As a matter of fact, as per allegations, petitioner having a baseball bat had caused damage to windowpane of the car and no injury has been attributed to him.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 26.5.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
