*** Respondent served through his father but has not turned up. Amandeep Singh, an accused in F.I.R. No. 157 dated 29.06.2012 registered for offences under Sections 376, 420 IPC registered with Police Station Nakdar had approached this Court for grant of pre arrest bail which petition bearing Criminal Misc. M-31254 of 2012 was allowed. As it transpires from a perusal of order passed by SDJM Nakodar that Amandeep Singh has gone abroad without prior permission of the Court and had not put in appearance in the trial Court. An application has been moved by the State under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of the bail, notice of which was ordered to be given to such respondent. He has been served through his father but has not appeared.

I have heard learned State counsel besides going through the record.
