 "#$ !% Report of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridkot has been received whereby complainant Kulwant Singh has affected compromise Ex.CX with the accused Surjit Singh, Sikander Singh and Tarsem Singh @ Sonu and as per this compromise all the parties to this compromise have got recorded their statements out of their own free will, voluntarily, without any coercion or pressure. Heard.

Keeping in view that the offences are not of very serious nature and both the parties are related by blood and in the light of RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.04.08 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   satisfaction shown by the Court coupled with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.284 dated 06.11.2012 registered at Police Station City Faridkot under Sections 452, 379, 323, 34 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
