#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Rajender Bhushan Sharma in case by way of Criminal Appeal No.47A/30/5/14 dated 30.05.2014 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon filed in Criminal Complaint No.352 of 2013 titled M/s Parth Scaffolding v. M/s RBM Developers Pvt. Ltd.

It is submitted that in compliance of the orders dated 10.06.2015, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.09.15 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   Appellate Court and has been allowed bail, which is not controverted on behalf of the State by Mr. Munish Sharma, Asstt. Advocate General, Haryana.

In the light of aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.06.2015 is made absolute and the petition stands disposed off accordingly subject to compliance under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
