(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to fairly investigate the case FIR No.220 dated 11.11.2019 under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC registered with Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh submits that investigation stands completed and an appropriate report under Section 173(2) Cr.P .C. shall be submitted against the accused within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
