(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 140 dated 12.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 306 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur, in which the petitioner was summoned to face trial by virtue of Section 319 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure P-4). At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have been framed in the present case vide order dated 04.05.2024 and the petitioner has also put in appearance before the learned trial Court said date 04.05.2024; as also on the date prior to 04.05.2024, i.e. on 26.04.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has RISHU KATARIA 2024.05.21 19:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

Thus, it is prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
