Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab to assess the threat perception if any to the life and liberty of the petitioner and to decide the representation/complaint dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) and other representations, if any, of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.    ,$&$ *)- #$%$%
