The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 07.06.1999 whereby they were deployed at godowns of Food Corporation of India. They are further seeking direction to respondents to absorb them. 2.

As per different replies filed by State, almost all the petitioners have already been absorbed as Constables, thus, present petition has rendered infructuous.

Mr. R.K.Arora, Advocate, expressed his inability to controvert aforesaid statement, however, seeks liberty to petitioners to move an appropriate application if something survives. 4.

Disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
