The workman-Sowaran Kaur, consequently, filed this writ petition challenging the award. Notice was ordered to be issued to the petitioner and the said notice has been received back unserved with the report "she has since died." Legal representatives of the deceased petition have not been brought on record.

The writ petition is, consequently, consigned to record with liberty to the LRs of the deceased petitioner get it revived after moving an appropriate application, if considered appropriate. (G.C.
