Complaining wilful violation of the directions issued in Civil Writ Petition No. 25967 of 2021 titled as "Anand Rawal v. State of Haryana and Others, decided on 20.12.2021, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 10 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 20.12.2021 reads as under:- "7.
Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner as per representation dated 03.08.2021 (Annexure P-17) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.
