AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By way of filing instant petition under Section 528, petitioners have sought for quashing of Complaint No.COMI-90-2019 dated 19.07.2019 titled as Nirmal Singh vs. Dilbar Singh etc under Sections 323,324,325,326,307,295A,506,120-B IPC read with Section 34 IPC, pending in the court of learned JMIC, Rupnagar and summoning order dated 07.11.2025 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative efficacious remedy so available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
