(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to constitute Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate offence arising out of FIR No. 21 dated 18.01.2023, registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran under Sections 363 and 366 of IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act in a fair and reasonable manner.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from ASI Swinder Singh, states that challan stands filed on 13.03.2023, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous. In view of statement of learned State counsel, no further order is warranted.
