State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Meham Singh informs that the petitioner has already joined investigation. The case of the prosecution rests upon the documentary evidence. The relevant documents appear to have already been recovered. The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner will be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
