As per report of the Registry, Mr. Gaurav Chopra, Advocate, counsel for the appellant was informed telephonically about the date fixed. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

A perusal of earlier reports made by the Registry would show that the appellant could not be served due to incomplete address. 3.

On the previous dates of hearing i.e. on 25.07.2025 and 22.11.2024 before this Court as well as on 27.05.2013 before the Daily Pre-Lok Adalat, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. 4.

It appears that the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter.

In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
