(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents to furnish the status of cancellation report in case FIR No. 112 dated 11.10.2021, registered under Section 380 IPC at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. On instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present case, after completion of investigation, cancellation report has been prepared by the police and the same is likely to be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate, within a period of two weeks.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of, accordingly.
