The petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in a case registered vide FIR No.4 dated 02.01.2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC at Police Station Sadar, Sonepat.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had got the job of Assistant Lineman in Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited on the basis of the forged educational certificates.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already lost his job and insofar as the person who had prepared the alleged forged educational certificates is concerned, he has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 20.05.2015 in CRM-M16610-2015. This fact is not denied by learned counsel for the State.
