An affidavit has been filed by Shyam Lal, Executive Engineer (Panchayati Raj), District Charkhi Dadri on behalf of respondents No.1 to 7. It is mentioned in the affidavit that after passing of the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the office of the respondent-department had written a letter to respondents No.6 and 7-Sub Divisional Officer and Junior Engineer, Panchayati Raj, Charkhi Dadri vide letter Nos. 1732-1733 dated 16.04.2024 to submit a joint report alongwith current photographs of the site after physical verification of spot in village Bhairvi and the following points as such had been raised:- RAVINDER KUMAR 2024.05.08 12:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

It is submitted that the report has now been given that two side boundary walls of the school sports stadium is fully completed and left third and fourth side boundary wall is completed up to the ground level and the remaining work of the boundary wall will be completed within a period of one month. It is also submitted that now there is neither any interference by the villagers nor any type of illegal encroachment by any villagers or and any other persons in constructing the boundary wall. 4.

Copy of the above reply and the photographs has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner who has taken necessary instructions from the petitioner present in Court.

Keeping in view the above, since the respondent-authority has undertaken to complete the process of construction work of the wall of the school within a period of one month, we dispose of the present petition binding the State authorities to the undertaking given which satisfies the petitioner present in Court.
