No. 82 of 2018 dated 2.8.2018. The respondent has not appeared to offer a contest, therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is accepted. The same is accordingly allowed. The civil suit titled 'Raminder Pal Singh Vs. Kamalpreet Kaur and others' is ordered to be withdrawn from the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ludhiana and transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Ambala for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 18.7.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ludhiana as well as to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Ambala for information and necessary compliance.
