JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.501 dated 15.12.2014 under Sections 323/506/452/34 IPC registered with P.S City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from HC Rakesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him.

In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 10.6.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
