 *& ,-& ./    Challenging the concurrent judgment dated 07.06.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gidderbaha, Sri Muktsar Sahib in case bearing No.67 of 11.11.2013 titled as 'Ex. Captain Harshinderpal Singh Brar Vs. Narinderpal Singh and others' as well as the subsequent judgment dated 17.03.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, whereby the criminal revision preferred against the judgment dated 07.06.2014 was dismissed, vide order dated 17.03.2016, the present petition has been filed. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage and contends that the withdrawal of the present petition be not construed to the prejudice of the petitioner in the civil proceedings wherein the will dated 12.03.2013 executed by his late mother in favour of his nieces is under challenge. Dismissed as withdrawn.
