The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 16.03.2021 registered under Sections 376(2)(N), 323, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act at Women Police Station, Ambala. 2.

By an order dated 08.04.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from investigating officer submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.
