1. The instant petition has been filed by petitioner - Jaginder Kaur, who claims that her grandson had expired in an vehicular accident in respect of which FIR No.132, dated 15.11.2023 at Police Station Sadar Batala, under Sections 304-A and 279 of Indian Penal Code was lodged and that she has been duped of huge amount by respondents No.4 and 5 on the pretext of getting favourable orders.

2. Upon a query made by this Court, as to why the petitioner's husband or as to why the petitioner's son has not come forward to file a petition, learned counsel for the petitioner could not furnish any satisfactory answer.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for issuance of direction as prayed for. However, in case the Pankaj Kakkar 2024.03.15 14:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-13504-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) petitioner is interested in taking legal action against respondents No.4 and 5 in the shape of lodging of an FIR, it shall be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Area Magistrate concerned under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

4. It is, however, directed that the police shall get the matter arising out of FIR No.132, dated 15.11.2023, P.S.
