Prayer made in the present case for seeking quashing of impugned order dated 23.04.2004, whereby the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was rejected as his case not covered under Rule 3 (d) (iii) and Rule 3 (m) of the Compassionate Assistance Rules 2003 and his father was more than 56 years at the time of death in the year 2002, due to efflux of time might not be surviving.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
