Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to investigate the matter fairly, scientifically and impartially in case FIR No.64 dated 22.06.2017 under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Nuh, Mewat (Annexure P1), registered by respondent No.5. 2.

Perusal of order sheets reveals that on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
