Mr. Sahil Kaushal, Advocate, for respondent No.2. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0096 dated 27.10.2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala, on the basis of compromise dated 25.04.2018 (Annexure P-1). Pursuant to order dated 15.05.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 31.05.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.185 dated 08.06.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib vide letter. No.3012/AL dated 12.06.2018.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nabha, is satisfied that parties have arrived at compromise voluntarily, without any pressure or coercion and the same is genuine. Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ravinder Singh 2018.08.03 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Nabha, and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in

-2CRM-M-20536 of 2018 relations between the parties, FIR No.0096 dated 27.10.2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala, is hereby quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `6,000/- shall be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority and `4,000/- with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.

List on 24.8.2018 for production of receipt with regard to deposit of aforesaid costs.
